Installation Procedure

Position the front fender to the vehicle.
NOTE: Refer to FASTENER NOTICE in Cautions and Notices.
Install the bolts (1) in order to secure the upper portion of the front fender to the vehicle.
Tighten

Tighten the bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
Install the bolt (2) in order to secure the rear portion of the front fender to the vehicle.
Tighten

Tighten the bolt to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

Install the bolts (1) in order to secure the lower rear portion of the front fender to the vehicle.
Tighten

Tighten the bolts to 9 N.m (80 lb in).

Install the bolts (1) in order to secure the lower front portion of the front fender to the vehicle.
Tighten

Tighten the bolt to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
Install the hood. Refer to HOOD REPLACEMENT .
Install the front wheelhouse liner. Refer to WHEELHOUSE LINER REPLACEMENT - FRONT .
Install the rocker panel molding. Refer to MOLDING REPLACEMENT -- ROCKER PANEL in Exterior Trim.
Install the headlamp. Refer to HEADLAMP ASSEMBLY OR HEADLAMP BULB AND/OR CORNERING, SIDEMARKER, PARK, TURN SIGNAL BULB REPLACEMENT in Exterior Lighting.
