Removal & Installation

NOTE: Vacuum pump is serviced as a unit.

Loosen vacuum pump adjustment nut and pivot bolt. Slide pump downward and remove drive belt. Remove clamp and disconnect hose at vacuum outlet fitting. Remove adjustment nut, pivot bolt, rear support bolt and bolts attaching pump to adjustment plate. Remove pump and plate assembly. To install, reverse removal procedure.
