Air Intake Throttle Body: Installation
- Make sure that gasket surfaces are clean. Install the upper throttle body gasket on the studs of the upper intake manifold. Secure the throttle body to the upper intake manifold with retaining nuts. Install throttle bracket and secure with 2 nuts.
- Connect air by-pass valve and TPS electrical connectors and vacuum lines. If fuel charging assembly is still mounted to engine, connect air cleaner outlet tube to throttle body intake, securing with hose clamp.
