Multiple Switch (2-Door Models Switch A)
- With switch removed from vehicle, test with a self-powered test lamp or an ohmmeter. Clip one test lead on pin 6, which is grounded. With both switches in neutral position, pins 1 through 4 should have continuity to 6.
- Push both switches upward. Terminals 1 and 3 should lose continuity with terminal 6. Push both switches downward. Terminals 2 and 4 should lose continuity with terminal 6.
- Remove test lead from terminal 6 and connect to terminal 5 (hot feed terminal). With both switches in the neutral position, terminal 5 should have continuity only with itself.
- Push both switches upward. Terminals 1 and 3 should have continuity with terminal 5. Push both switches downward. Terminals 2 and 4 should have continuity with terminal 5.
