Multiple Switch (2-Door Models Switch B)
- With switch removed from vehicle, test with a self-powered test lamp or an ohmmeter. Clip one test lead on pin 3, which is grounded. With switch in neutral position, pins 4 through 7 should have continuity to 3.
- Push switch forward. Pins 5 and 7 of the switch should lose continuity to pin 3. Push switch rearward. Pins 4 and 6 should lose continuity to pin 3. Remove test lead from pin 3 and connect to pin 2 (power feed). Push switch forward.
- Pins 5 and 7 should have continuity to pin 2. Push switch rearward. Pins 4 and 6 should have continuity to pin 2. If switch does not test as stated, replace.
