Injector Blower Motor (4.9L)

The Injector Blower Motor will operate for a maximum of 15 minutes with the Ignition Switch in the Off position and the Temperature Sensor closed. The Injector Blower Motor Relay will disable the Blower Motor if the Temperature Sensor opens before 15 minutes or if the Ignition Switch is turned to the RUN position. Proper operation of the Blower Motor system can be checked by grounding circuit 743 (Bk/Lb) at the VIP connector (The Ignition Switch must be in the Off position) and timing the fan on time, maximum of 15 minutes.
