No Starts

If engine does not start, go to TEST A1  , step 1). Proceed through this test procedure until engine is running and then repeat KEY ON/ENGINE OFF (KOEO) SELF-TEST  . If engine stalls or is unable to complete KOEO SELF-TEST, DIAGNOSIS BY SYMPTOM  table may be used until engine is able to complete KOEO SELF-TEST.
