Test Procedure - Code Output

Code Output, indications and actions to be taken.

1. Code Output [11-1(0)-11]
   
   Both tests indicate a PASS. Action to take:
   • If engine idles rough or runs rough, Go to TEST D19 - SYSTEM CHECK  , step 2). If this symptom is not present; Go to COMPUTED TIMING CHECK  .
   • If engine is a no start, go to TEST A1 - NO START  .
2. Code Output [Any Code(s)-1(0)-11]
   
   KOEO tests indicates a FAULT. Action to take:
   • Go to KOEO service codes. See KEY ON ENGINE OFF (KOEO) CIRCUIT TEST MENU  .
   • Always start with the first code displayed.
3. Code Output [11-1(0)-Exceptions]
   
   Continuous Memory indicates a FAULT. Action to take:
   • DO NOT service continuous memory codes at this time.
   • If engine idles rough or runs rough, go to TEST D19 - SYSTEM CHECK  , step 2). If this symptom is not present, go to COMPUTED TIMING CHECK  .
   • Refer to code output. See KOEO CONTINUOUS MEMORY CODE EXCEPTIONS  .
   Service only the KOEO CONTINUOUS MEMORY CODE EXCEPTIONS at this time. All other Continuous Memory Codes will be serviced after a Code 11 is displayed during the KOER SELF-TEST.
4. Code Output [Any Code(s)-1(0)-Any Code(s)]
   
   Both tests indicate a FAULT. Action to take:
   • DO NOT service CONTINUOUS MEMORY CODES at this time.
   • Go to KOEO service codes. See KEY ON ENGINE OFF (KOEO) CIRCUIT TEST MENU  .
   • Always start with the first code displayed.

   Action to take: Go to TEST D15 - KOEO CODE 15  .
