Test 10, Power Check At Resistor

Turn ignition on. Remove cooling fan relay No. 1. Using a voltmeter, check voltage between resistor Blue/Yellow wire terminal and ground. If voltage is more than 10 volts, repair Blue/Yellow wire from resistor to relay. If voltage is less than 10 volts, go to TEST 11 .
