Test 11, Power Check To Resistor

Turn ignition on. Remove cooling fan relay No. 1. Using a voltmeter, Check voltage between resistor Blue/Black wire terminal and ground. If reading is more than 10 volts, replace resistor. If reading is less than 10 volts, repair Blue/Black wire from motor to resistor.
