Test 13, Fan Switch No. 2 OPER Check
Turn ignition off. Disconnect cooling fan switch No. 2 (Black/Green wire). Using an ohmmeter, check resistance between Black/Green wire and ground. Resistance should be more than 10,000 ohms with cold engine. Resistance should be less than 5 ohms with engine coolant temperature greater than 226°F (108°C). If resistance checks are NOT okay, replace cooling fan switch No. 2. If resistance values are okay, go to TEST 17 .
