Test 16, Fan Relay Power Check

Turn key on. Remove cooling fan relay No. 2. Using a voltmeter, check voltage between Blue/Black and Green/White terminals. If both readings are more than 10 volts, repair Black/Green wire from relay to cooling fan switch. If reading at Green/White wire is less than 10 volts, repair Green/White wire from cooling fan relay to ignition relay. If reading at Blue/Black wire is less than 10 volts, repair Blue/Black wire from cooling fan relay to cooling fan motor.
