Test 9, Fan Relay Power Check

Turn key on. Remove cooling fan relay No. 1. Using a voltmeter, check voltage between Black/Yellow and Blue/Yellow terminals. If both readings are more than 10 volts, repair Black/Green wire from relay to cooling fan switch. If reading at Black/Yellow wire is less than 10 volts, repair Black/Yellow wire from fuse panel to relay. If reading at Blue/Yellow wire is less than 10 volts, go to TEST 10 .
