Speed Sensor (Probe Models)
- Stop vehicle. Disconnect the larger of the 2 instrument panel connectors. Connect a low wattage test light (1.4 watts) between 12 volts source and Green/Red wire of speed control unit connector.
- Touch Green/Red wire to ground several times at instrument panel. If test light comes on, replace speed sensor. If not, check wire between instruments and speed control unit.
