PRC Control Module Power

Disconnect PRC control module connector. Turn ignition on. Set VOM on 20-volt scale. Measure voltage between Black/Yellow wire and ground. If voltage is more than 10 volts, proceed to PINPOINT TEST Q3 . If voltage is NOT more than 10, check 15-amp fuse or repair Black/Yellow wire between PRC control module and fuse box at left-hand side of engine compartment as necessary.
