Plenum Assembly: Removal
- Partially drain coolant. Remove cowl vent screens, elbow assembly and throttle valve intake air tube. Disconnect throttle cable. Disconnect coolant hoses at throttle housing. Remove throttle cable bracket retaining bolts and position bracket aside. Disconnect PCV tube.
- Disconnect vacuum lines to plenum assembly and EGR transducer. Disconnect electrical connections at throttle position sensor, idle air by-pass valve and EGR transducer. Remove EGR retaining bolts and pull EGR away from plenum (if equipped). Remove EGR transducer bracket mounting screw and remove transducer. Remove plenum assembly retaining bolts.
