Test 7, Check Pip At EDIS Module/Isolate EEC

With key off, disconnect the ECA. Crank engine. Does LED test light blink continuously. If yes, replace ECA and check for fault codes. See TESTS W/CODES article. If light does not blink continuously, go to TEST 8.
