Injection Pump: Installation

  1. Install NEW "O" ring onto injection pump drive gear end. Install pump into position, aligning dowel on pump drive shaft with hole in drive gear. If necessary, rotate pump drive shaft to align dowel with hole.
  2. Install injection pump-to-drive gear bolts. Install injection pump-to-adapter nuts. Align reference lines on pump flange and adapter. To complete installation, reverse removal procedure.
