11) Check Continuity of PIP Circuit  Install breakout box, turn key off and wait 10 seconds. Set DVOM on 200-ohm scale. Disconnect ECA and TFI (on 2.3L Truck, disconnect DIS pins No. 1-6). On 7.5L, disconnect distributor Hall sensor. Measure resistance between test pin No. 56 and TFI connector PIP circuit. If reading is 5 ohms or more, repair open PIP circuit and repeat QUICK TEST. If readings is less than 5 ohms, go to next step.
