Test DN: Step 11

11) Check VPWR Circuit Voltage  Leave EVR solenoid disconnected and set DVOM on 20-volt scale. Turn key on, leaving engine off. Measure voltage between negative battery terminal and VPWR circuit at EVR solenoid vehicle harness connector. If reading is less than 10.5 volts, repair VPWR open circuit. Reconnect components and repeat QUICK TEST. If reading is 10.5 volts or more, go to next step.
