10) Code 63: Attempting To Generate Code 53/23  Turn ignition switch to "OFF" position. Wait 10 seconds. Disconnect FIPL connector at the throttle body. Inspect for damaged pins, corrosion, or loose wires. Repair as necessary. Jumper the VREF circuit to the FIPL circuit at the FIPL harness connector. perform KOEO Self-Test.

Ignoring all other codes, if there is a Code 53/23 displayed, remove jumper, reconnect FIPL sensor and go to step 14) for FIPL sensor adjustment procedures. If no Code 53/23 is present, go to the next step.
