Test DQ: Step 11

11) Checking VREF Circuit Voltage  Turn ignition switch to "OFF" position. Wait 10 seconds. With the FIPL connector disconnected, inspect for damaged pins, corrosion, or loose wires. Repair as necessary. Using a DVOM set at 20 volts, measure voltage between VREF circuit and SIG RTN at the FIPL harness connector. If voltage is between 4-6 volts, go to the next step. If voltage is not between 4-6 volts, perform TEST C - REFERENCE VOLTAGE, step 1).
