Test DQ: Step 90

90) Continuous Memory Code 53: Monitoring FIPL Circuit During Simulated Road Shock  Enter KOEO/CONTINUOUS monitor mode. See Figure for DVOM connections. Observe DVOM or STAR LED for fault indication while performing the following:

• Move throttle to WOT position.
• Release throttle slowly to closed position and lightly tap on FIPL sensor to simulate road shock.
• Wiggle the FIPL harness connector.

If the DVOM or STAR LED tester displays a fault, go to the next step. If no fault is displayed, go to step 92.
