OCS-OCIL Circuit

Measure the resistance between KEY PWR at the fuse panel (shown in step 14), ohmmeter positive lead) and the power side of the OCS harness connector (ohmmeter negative probe). Measure the resistance between test pin No. 41 at the breakout box and the signal side of the OCS harness connector. If resistance is less than 5 ohms, go to next step. If resistance is more than 5 ohms, repair open circuit(s) as necessary, remove breakout box, reconnect components and rerun QUICK TEST.
