Perform this test when Code 14 is displayed during QUICK TEST or when directed here by other test procedures.
NOTE:
This Pinpoint Test is intended to diagnose the following:
- Harness circuits RPMS (+) and RPMS (-).
- Engine RPM sensor.
- ECA assembly.

To prevent replacement of good components, check for proper RPM sensor installation and for clean, tight connections.
