94) Continuous Code 63: Monitoring FIPL Circuit while Simulating Road Shock Enter KOEO/CONTINUOUS monitor mode. See Fig 1 for DVOM connections. Observe DVOM or STAR LED for fault indication while performing the following:
- Move throttle to WOT position.
- Release throttle slowly to closed position and lightly tap on FIPL sensor to simulate road shock.
- Wiggle the FIPL harness connector.
If a fault is displayed, inspect condition of the connectors and terminals. If connections are in good condition, clear memory and go back to step 14). If no fault is displayed, go to the next step.
