Test Ml: Step 8

8) Check For Voltage at Fuse Set DVOM on 20-volt scale. With KOEO, measure voltage from battery negative post to hot side of the fuse. If voltage is greater than 10.5 volts, repair fuse or open circuit. Reconnect ECA and verify repair by turning key to RUN position. If voltage is not greater than 10.5 volts, repair VBAT circuit. Reconnect ECA and verify repair by turning key to RUN position.

NOTE: There is a break in the step numbering sequence at this point, skipping from step 8) to step 10). Break is due to previous chart references to these testing procedures. No test procedures have been omitted.
