Fuel Pump Relay
Remove relay (located near heater duct under carpet). Apply 12 volts to terminals "A" and "B". Measure voltage at terminal "E", while individually grounding terminals "C" and "D". See Fig 1 . Ensure voltage is correct. See FUEL PUMP RELAY SPECIFICATIONS table. If voltage is not correct, replace relay.
