Key On Engine Running (KOER) Self-Test: Notes

NOTE: The following items should be noted before beginning KOER test procedure:

DO NOT depress throttle during KOER SELF-TEST.
Clear all codes before proceeding with this test.
Ensure a 00 pass code is displayed or no codes are present during the KOEO SELF-TEST before proceeding with this test.
If no codes are displayed and vehicle is a no start, or if a code is displayed but CHECK ENGINE light does not light prior to activating Self-Test, proceed to TEST D3.
