Pinpoint Test D3 - Short To VAPS Control Module

Disconnect VAPS control module connector and instrument cluster connector. Disconnect Programmed Ride Control (PRC) connector. Turn ignition on. Set VOM on 20-volt scale. Measure voltage between Green/Red wire in VAPS module connector and chassis ground. If voltage is above 0 volt, service Green/Red wire for short to VPWR. On models with analog instrument panel, if voltage is NOT within specification, proceed to PINPOINT TEST D4  .
