Test Results

Begin with STEP A in left column, following instructions in test step column. Ignore codes retrieved with engine NOT running. A pass code in ACTION TO TAKE column indicates no faults detected. Proceed to CONTINUOUS MONITOR TEST  .

NOTE: If a constant 12 volts is indicated, a shorted circuit to VAPS control module may exist. Diagnose test connector circuit indicated in PINPOINT TEST Q1  through PINPOINT TEST Q7  to continue. Repair test connector circuit. Repeat KEY ON ENGINE RUNNING  test and proceed with other tests before replacing control module.
