Ignition Control Module: Description and Operation

The Non-turbo engine uses a DMIVA (Distributor Mounted Ignition Module w/Vacuum Advance) system. Much like the Duraspark system, this system is a conventional electronic ignition which operates independent of the Electronic Control Assembly (ECA).
