ISSUE: Some cars with service replacement EEC processors will generate three digit EEC Self-Test service codes using the Super Star II Tester in the fast mode. Three digit service codes are not covered in the 1990 Engine/Emissions Diagnosis Manual.

ACTION: If three digit service codes are displayed during Self-Test, the 1991 Engine/Emissions Diagnosis Manual must be used.
