Conventional Bleeding: Front

  1. Front brakes can be bled with hydraulic accumulator charged or uncharged. Remove dust cap from right front wheel bleeder fitting. Attach tight fitting hose to bleeder fitting. Submerge other end of hose in container of clean brake fluid.
  2. Loosen bleeder fitting while an assistant depresses brake pedal through its full travel. While brake pedal is depressed, close bleeder fitting.
  3. Allow brake pedal to return to released position. Wait 5 seconds, then repeat operation until no more air bubbles emerge from submerged end of hose. Repeat procedure on left front wheel.
