Depressurizing Brake System
WARNING:
Under normal operating conditions, ABS system is under high pressure. Before servicing any component, or opening fluid reservoir, hydraulic system pressure MUST be discharged.
With ignition off, pump brake pedal a minimum of 20-25 times using full pedal strokes. When definite increase in pedal effort is felt, pump pedal 2 more times.
