Test 21, Check VRS Bias

With key off and ECA disconnected, set DVOM to 20-volt scale. Turn key on, but leave engine off. Measure voltage between breakout box pins No. (+) J48 (VRS E) and (-) J7 (BAT -). If voltage is 0.8-2.2 volts, replace VR sensor. Remove all test equipment, and reconnect all components. Clear Continuous Memory, and check for fault codes. If voltage is not 0.8-2.2 volts, go to next test.
