Pinpoint Test Q2: Power To VAPS Control Module

Disconnect VAPS control module connector. Turn ignition on. Set VOM on 20-volt scale. Measure voltage between Black/Green wire and ground. If voltage reading is greater than 10 volts, proceed to PINPOINT TEST Q3  . If voltage is NOT as specified, replace 10 amp fuse or repair Black/Green wire between module and fuse box.
