Q-8 Pressure Switch Check

Ensure ignition is off. Disconnect ABS control unit. Disconnect hydraulic control unit. Measure resistance between:

1. ABS control unit Blue/Black wire and hydraulic control unit Blue/Black wire. With ohmmeter on 200-ohm scale, resistance should be 0-4 ohms.
2. ABS control unit Blue/Black wire and hydraulic control unit Black wire. With ohmmeter on 200-k/ohm scale, resistance should be greater than 10 k/ohms.
3. ABS control unit Green/Red wire and hydraulic control unit Green/Red wire. With ohmmeter on 200-ohm scale, resistance should be 0-4 ohms.
4. ABS control unit Green/Red wire and hydraulic control unit Black wire. With ohmmeter on 200-k/ohm scale, resistance should be greater than 10 k/ohms. If resistances are correct, go to Q-9 CHECK FOR SHORT TO POWER  . If resistances are not correct, repair wire in question.
