Clearing Trouble Codes

NOTE: Disconnecting the battery cable will not clear ABS codes.

Using a jumper wire, jumper Green/Black to Green/Red wire on test connector. See Figure . Turn ignition on. Check that ABS warning light is on. Wait 1-2 seconds and turn ignition off. Disconnect jumper wire. Start and run engine and wait for ABS light to go off. If light does not go off, repeat procedure as often as necessary to clear all codes.
