Intercooler Leakage Check
Check intercooler for damage or restriction. Remove and plug inlet hose. Remove outlet hose. Attach Hose Adaptor (021-00053) with radiator pressure tester. See Fig 1 . Pressurize system. If system does not hold pressure, repair leak or replace intercooler. If system holds pressure, system is okay.
