Q-3 Power To System

Set voltmeter to 20V scale. Measure voltage between ABS relay Blue/Red wire and ground. With key off, voltage should be greater than 10 volts. With key on, voltage should be greater than 10 volts. With engine running, voltage should be 10-14 volts. If correct, go to Q-4 KEY POWER CHECK  . If voltage is not correct, repair wire(s) in question.
