Lubrication System Check
- Remove oil return line from turbocharger center housing. Ensure turbocharger and oil return line are not blocked by carbonized oil. If necessary, clean or replace components.
- Remove air inlet line and exhaust outlet pipe from turbocharger. Check inside pipes and turbo housing for signs of oil or coolant. If any signs of oil or coolant are present, replace turbocharger assembly.
