Bench Testing: Notes
NOTE:
To perform the following tests, disassembly of the alternator is required. See Figure. The rectifier assembly must be disconnected from the stator prior to performing tests on either unit. DO NOT use a digital ohmmeter for making resistance or continuity measurements on rectifiers.
