Keyboard Function Check No. 1
- Check METER, ROOM, and COOLING FAN fuses at fuse panel. Replace as required. If fuses continue to blow, check Black/White, Black/Red and Black/Yellow wires for short to ground. Repair as necessary. See IDENTIFYING ELECTRONIC KEYBOARD CIRCUITS illustration.
- Ground Black/Light Green wire at trip computer keyboard connector. Turn ignition on. If trip computer display comes on, repair Black/Light Green wire. If display does not come on, go to KEYBOARD FUNCTION CHECK NO. 2
- Measure voltage on Black/Yellow wire at computer keyboard connector. If voltage is not 11-13 volts, repair Black/White wire between computer keyboard and fuse panel. If voltage is 11-13 volts, replace computer keyboard.
