Test Connector Circuit Short Check

Leave VAPS control module connector disconnected. Turn ignition on. Set VOM on 20-volt scale. Measure voltage between Yellow/Black wire and ground. If voltage reading is greater than zero volts, repair Yellow/Black wire between module and VAPS test connector for shorts. If voltage measurement is zero volts, proceed to PINPOINT TEST Q7  .
