Electronic Spark Control Module: Service and Repair

REMOVAL

1. Disconnect negative battery cable.

Knock Control Module:

2. Remove attaching screws and nuts from module housing at module retaining bracket.

Knock Control Module Electrical Connector:

3. Disconnect electrical connector from the module and remove module.

INSTALLATION

1. Connect electrical connector to module housing.
2. Position module under retaining bracket and install attaching screws and nuts.
3. Connect negative battery cable.
