Crankshaft Position Sensor: Testing and Inspection

The crankshaft position sensor is a component on the EDIS system, it does not apply to this vehicle. The PIP sensor or Profile Ignition Pickup Sensor is located inside of the distributor.

All diagnostics should begin at the system level and should include checking for trouble codes. Testing and Inspection
