Ignition Diagnostic Monitor (IDM) Operation

In addition to controlling engine operation, the Electronic Control Assembly (ECA) controls transaxle operation. It does this by manipulating four solenoids -- Torque Converter Clutch (TCC), Shift Solenoid 1 (SS1), Shift Solenoid 2 (SS2), and Shift Solenoid 3 (SS3).
