Throttle Full Open Switch: Description and Operation

When the vehicle operator goes to Wide Open Throttle (WOT), the Wide open throttle A/C (WAC) relay opens, suspending A/C operation until normal vehicle operation resumes. This is done to allow maximum power to the drive wheels under heavy acceleration or load.
