Catalytic Converter: Service and Repair

Exhaust System Components:

1. Remove the catalytic converter to inlet pipe attaching bolts, nuts and springs.
2. Remove the two flex pipe to converter nuts.
3. Remove the catalytic converter.
4. Clean all mating surfaces.
5. Using a new gasket, install the converter to the flex pipe.
6. Using a new gasket, position the converter to the inlet pipe. Place the springs on the bolts, then install the bolts from the converter side and install the nuts.
